What's the Starter plan limit of 50 drafts?
FlowDesk generates one draft per incoming email. Starter gives you 50 drafts per month — enough for a light inbox. Each draft you send or discard counts toward your limit. Upgrading to Pro removes the cap entirely.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time. If you're on Pro and decide Starter suits you better, you'll keep Pro access through the end of your billing period.
Do I need to connect an email account?
Starter works without manual setup — emails sent to flowdesk-72@polsia.app are automatically routed to your draft queue. For full IMAP sync across your inbox, connect your account from the Drafts page.
How does AI draft generation work?
When a new email arrives, FlowDesk analyzes the sender, subject, and body — then generates a contextually appropriate reply using Polsia's AI. You review and edit before sending. Nothing goes out automatically.
